Project Leaders Wanted at Eskilstuna Strängnäs Energi och Miljö

We are looking for two project leaders who will lead our distribution electricians and excavation teams in solving operational faults and urgent disturbances, connection matters, smaller projects, and the ongoing operation of our electricity network.

Without electricity, Eskilstuna and Strängnäs come to a halt, and in the electricity network business area, we ensure that electricity reaches our customers. We do this by constantly maintaining, expanding, and developing our local electricity networks. You will belong to our field services department, where we handle an exciting mix of assignments and smaller projects. Our main task is to connect new customers to our electricity network and ensure that already connected customers experience minimal interruptions.

Your Responsibilities

In the projects you help lead, you will be responsible for planning, execution, environment, work environment, and finances. You will manage contacts with customers and suppliers. You will follow up on your assignments both technically and financially. We work closely across the entire business area, and together we ensure that we are constantly developing ourselves and the processes we work in, to contribute to the overall goals of the organization.

Education and Previous Experience

We want to meet you who are engaged and contribute to a positive team spirit. You have a knack for structure, order, and delivering a high level in your assignments.

You have:

• Led electricity network projects, other infrastructure projects, or held a supervisory role, which is certainly a plus but not a requirement.
• Several years of experience as a distribution electrician or equivalent experience that we assess as comparable if you lack project management experience.
• The ability to plan and drive assignments and projects in various phases, as well as plan operations for distribution electricians and excavation teams.
